Part C Testimonial (Joseph's View)

Alright.. As promised, Part C testimonial is finally ready by the week..
Took me some time to think through and give them some hearty comments..
Hope you Part Cs don't let me down and excel further than what I expect you guys to be..

Okay, here it goes..

Part C (2008)[Enlisted:2006 - 2009/10]

--------------------------------------
A batch with great potential and motivation..
You guys must learn to get serious and never play around with respect..
Always realise that seniors will be seniors, no matter what you do..
Respect their words and actions.. They are always older and more experienced than you guys..
Respect seniors if you want them to respect you..
Remember when to play and when to be serious..
Plan well and do it with all your heart..
Play and enjoy like bears and be as serious as tigers when it comes to work..
The Best Unit award is within our grasp.. Do well to get it..
You guys will see some of your seniors coming back to help out.. Appreciate them..

Christopher:
A quiet cadet you are.. It seems your attendance is rather random..
Work on it, you will learn that CCA attendance is very important..
Most of all, you must learn to communicate with the Part Cs (2008)
Otherwise, I think you are trying to do well in NCC..

Adib:
Your disappearance from NCC has gained you fame.. In the wrong way..
After several scolding from the Teachers In-Charge, you left for Sepak Tekraw..
I hope you enjoy your new CCA.. Just that you must choose the CCA you think suits
best AT THE START.. Apply this to everything else you must choose..

Haikel:
A name that doesn’t ring a bell.. Perhaps your attendance is poor..
Just one word of advice, with poor attendance comes poor attitude..
Your action speaks louder than your words.. Work on it..

Umar:
A name that doesn’t ring a bell.. Perhaps your attendance is poor..
Just one word of advice, with poor attendance comes poor attitude..
Your action speaks louder than your words.. Work on it..

Prabhu:
You have been running away from NCC for sometime..
Until you finally woke up and turned up for the Part C Leadership camp..
I am proud of you for doing so.. If you need motivation, seek Tokhsirul..
He has been insulted at various times, but he still turns up..
I believe you can cope with NCC if you have a motivation..

Azri:
You tend to be violent by nature.. Learn to control yourself.. You have leadership qualities..
I need you to remember that when you are talking to seniors, you must watch your words..
Although you try to be casual, you may appear to be quite rude by saying certain stuff..
Build up on your self-discipline if not, it will be an open spot for comments and insults..

Wee Kiat:
Your voice is hardly heard during NCC.. You must speak your mind, but be polite..
If you must, question why certain things are done in that manner..
If you think it is awkward, ask for an alternative plan and you had better come up with a solution..
NCC works well only if feedback is given to change and suit the needs of the cadets.. Use it..

Jun Wei:
You have the tendency of keeping quiet and not replying others..
This is not good.. Please answer people who talk to you even if it is a one word answer..
One word answer is better than nothing.. NCC will need all feedback given.. You have to speak up..
Work on your attendance.. It’s not very good this year..

Rashwinder:
Your face shows innocence when you were sec1.. After several trainings, I realised it’s an illusion..
Your poor attendance won't bring you anywhere.. If you have trouble in coming to NCC, speak up..
Find motivation in NCC like friends, ranks or nice post which would suit you.. Plan ahead..
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail..

Sanjiven:
The new face of Part C.. When you first came in, we had negative views of you..
Gradually, you proved us wrong.. You have earned the seniors and your friends respect..
You try your best in whatever orders were given.. Your die hard attitude pleases us..
Keep it up, you are a good role model and can climb the leadership ladder fast..

Jeremy:
You have good attendance but you hardly stand out from the crowd..
You have to buck up on your marching.. Its good but there is room for improvements..
Your attire is rather up to standard, just don’t use slack badges..
Help out your friends whenever you can and seek their help when you need it..

Dennis:
Your actions bring shame to your name.. You always try to run from NCC..
What’s the point.. I beseech you to search yourself.. It is your CCA Grades that is affected..
If you keep this up, you will never pass your CCA Grades.. Work on it will you?

Xiu Hao:
You are reserved by nature.. You tend to appear shy in front of seniors..
You have to bring out the courageous side of you.. This is NCC, we train by discipline..
You do have leadership qualities.. Just work on your confidence..
Seek your friends for help if you must.. They are always there to listen to you..

Kok Sian:
You tend to be a little vulgar and playful during NCC.. We seniors are everywhere..
Sometimes it is wise to keep certain uncalled-for comments to yourself..
You don’t want to hurt somebody’s feeling.. Who knows, that person might help you someday..
Just watch your actions and remember, NO REGRETS in what you do..
You need to choose the right company of friends.. You must judge for yourself what is right or wrong..

Cham Jun Kai:
You are confused at times but you remain loyal nonetheless.. You tend to be careless..
This gives us seniors an excuse to scold you.. Improve yourself and learn from your mistakes..
I know that there are times where people bully you.. You have to stand strong for yourself..
If it gets out of hand, find your fellow part Cs.. They might help you..
It is always a good choice to keep friendly ties with people who would help you on your weak spots..
Most importantly, you must learn to trust the right people.. Build up your confidence too..
You take too much time making decisions.. NCC need to think fast, act fast.. Work on it..

Gabriel:
You have a much laid back and relax attitude.. It may appear to be cool but that is not NCC style..
NCC works on discipline.. If you are caught slacking, the consequences may be dire..
Make yourself busy, don’t gather with your friends all the time.. You have to be independent..
Style is nothing in NCC, when you are given orders, never hesitate.. Do it once, do it well..

Aziz:
You have great leadership potential.. You just need to boost up your confidence..
I need you to remember that when you are required to scold a platoon, do it with no regrets..
Although you will feel guilty and you don’t want them to boycott you and stuff, a must is a must..
Do not let others trample over you.. Stand up for yourself, if not, seek help..
True friends will not boycott you and stuff.. They will search their soul when scolded..
Those are true friends and stick with them.. Learn to choose who you can trust..

Amos:
You are wise and matured.. You are quick in responding to commands given..
You are also quite soft and can hardly be heard.. Try to get your friends to help you..
You seem to have great expectations of yourself.. It is good.. Just watch out..
Do not over exert yourself.. Know your limits and watch it.. Ask your friends for help when needed..

Chii Ming:
A loyal NCC cadet.. You appear to like NCC a lot.. Your marching skills is good..
There is still room for improvements though.. You must know when to push yourself harder..
Sometimes it’s the opposite, you need to watch your physical limits..
Perhaps if you train up, you might have a longer stamina.. A good cadet with great manners..
Keep it up and push your confidence.. It will bring you far..

Jun Ting:
You must watch your actions carefully.. Learn to ASK for permission before getting something..
You should keep in mind the NCC BBQ Pits incident.. Do not ignore your friends for your seniors..
This would appear differently from different perspectives.. You have to build up your confidence too..
Nonetheless an optimistic cadet.. Just don’t overexert yourself..

Benjamin:
A very down to earth person.. You buck up on your marching drills.. It’s not very well done..
Get your friends to assist you in this.. You have good leadership potential but you aim low..
This shows us seniors that you have low self-esteem.. Build it up and aim higher..
You help your other friends in their ideas and help NCC achieve the Best Unit Award..

Jordan:
Loyal and kind by nature.. You often turn rather violent with a tinge of vulgarity when angry..
You have to watch your temper.. Remember that NCC trains on discipline.. You have to build up on that..
You have good confidence but must learn to push yourself and never hesitate.. You have to plan faster..
Your view of things are usually limited.. Think more in-depth and look further..

Yen Loong:
You have a huge problem of looking after your style.. As I have said, style is not part of NCC..
If the seniors don’t like your attitude, they won’t treat you right.. You have to take that to note..
Your appearance doesn’t give the seniors a reason to hesitate when we are about to give out punishments..
We are all men, appearance won’t change anything.. Get realistic and work faster.. Do not slack..

Matthew:
A great cadet with great potential.. You have proven us seniors that you are a strong leader..
Your actions do NCC proud.. Great in studies, better in fitness with undeterred leadership..
However, no one is perfect and you are no superman.. You have to learn to GIVE OUT orders..
Never do everything by yourself.. You will never cope.. Your friends will help you for sure..
You must also watch your back, learn to trust the right people.. There are people jealous of you..
Besides that, there are also people who will lag behind.. As a leader, you must slow down the pace..
Helping others means helping yourself.. Eventually, others will learn to respect you..
Never be too proud of anything.. I doubt you will but be careful, people tend to change under pressure..
You often keep your thoughts to yourself.. You have to learn to share it with the right people..
Lastly, you must learn to conserve your strengths and limit yourself.. Never overexert yourself..
Losing a battalion will hurt an army's morale.. But losing its leader is as good as losing the battle..
Keep that in mind.. Respect those who you know deserve the respect.. Just remember, NO REGRETS!

Tokhsirul:
The main target of insults.. I can tell you have a strong endurance point..
Despite that, everyone including you has a limit to that..
You are good in every aspect except keeping your pride..
You have to watch what you say and do.. Perhaps doing so would reduce the amount of insults..

Nazhiffi:
You have great leadership potential.. Just don’t relax too much..
If you do not plan ahead, there will definitely be trouble.. Think of the consequences first..
If you fail to think of solutions, seek your friends, they will do well in giving you ideas..
Build up your confidence if you want to go far.. Leaders need to stand strong too.. Do that..

Dexter:
You are a rather outspoken cadet.. Your thoughts are easy to pick out through your actions and words..
It is good to see that, but watch it.. Saying too much may harm your image..
Use the correct words at the correct time.. If not, you might hurt someone’s feelings..
You must not hesitate when giving commands.. You must listen to the commands well too..

Yong Jun Kai:
A pessimistic cadet.. You often aim low and look down on yourself.. It is very obvious..
Your actions show us that you prefer to give off little but take in a lot..
This means you do not show your true potential and don’t mind taking in insults about you..
Work on your pessimistic views.. Aim higher and go far.. Just remember, NO REGRETS..
